• Physical inspection
• Verified weight
• Quality of meat
• Accessibility of collection location
• Huntm8 Procurement (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to adjust or withdraw quotes

No quote constitutes a binding agreement until confirmed by both parties.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information
• That you are legally permitted to sell the game meat
• That all hunting and sourcing complies with:
• South African laws
• Environmental regulations
• Applicable permits and licences

You indemnify Huntm8 Procurement (Pty) Ltd against any legal breach arising from your actions.

5. Collection and Access

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the collection site.

Delays or failed collections due to access issues may:

6. Payment Terms
